Reason for Making It
Pat at Flatland Fuel and I were talking about pegs and he suggested that we make some. So we talked about every aspect of the design, and the peg was designed between the both of us.
What this peg is used for
These pegs are designed for Flatland only. Grinding with these pegs will cause them to wear out very fast.
Why it was made this way
They are internally butted to maximize strength to weight. Thick lip on the end of the peg for long life.
Half inch length of smooth finish and big radius on the end of peg for smooth pivoting.
